oral Gables –October 1, 2013– The Allen Morris Company, Florida’s Commercial Real Estate Leader , announced today the promotions of Thad Adams and Bill Bailey, CPM , both to the position of Senior Vice President.

Mr. Adams and Mr. Bailey oversee the leasing of key projects including the prestigious Alhambra Towers. They are responsible for expanding and maximizing corporate and private consulting relationships. They specialize in tenant and landlord representation for office, industrial and retail properties as well as assisting in acquisition and disposition of end user and investment properties.

In the past two years alone they represented national and international corporations, mid-sized businesses and small firms in transactions totaling over 300,000 square feet. In May, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce recognized Mr. Adams and Mr. Bailey with the 2013 Real Estate Achievers and Leaders (R.E.A.L.) Award in commercial real estate in the office category for consistent high volume of transactions.

Mr. Adams is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Orange Bowl Committee, serves on the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, is a Trustee Member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and is a Founding Board Member of the Miami Herald’s Silver Knight Alumni Legacy Network.

Mr. Bailey is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Florida International University with a Master of Science Degree in Mass Communication. He is a Trustee Member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
